SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping fees are not included in the price of the products. You will need to pay shipping fees in addition to the price of the items you purchase.
Delivery Times
- Standard delivery: 5 to 7 business days, depending on the region.
- To get an estimate of the delivery fees and times, please refer to the shipping step during your order process.
- Deliveries are made as soon as possible, but delivery times and fees may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in the estimated delivery times.
Customer Responsibilities
When placing an order on our website, you must provide a valid name, email address, and complete shipping address. We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel any order if necessary.
- If we cancel your order after processing the payment, we will issue a full refund for the amount paid.

International Deliveries
If you purchase goods for delivery outside of Canada, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.

Free Delivery Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility for Free Delivery
To be eligible for free delivery, your order total must be $75 or more before taxes. Free delivery applies only to products with a maximum shipping fee coverage of $20.
- Minimum Order Amount
If your order total is less than $75, standard delivery fees will apply.
- Free Delivery Zone
Free delivery is only available for addresses within our standard delivery area. For addresses outside this zone, standard shipping fees will be charged.
- Free Delivery Availability
If delivery is not available for a region or through a specific carrier, the order will not be eligible for free delivery, regardless of the total amount. Standard delivery fees will apply in these cases.
- Applicable Taxes
- Coffee products are considered essential goods and are not subject to sales tax in most Canadian provinces.
- Other products in your order, as well as the shipping fees, may be subject to applicable taxes based on local regulations.
