REFUND POLICY

We offer a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return:
    • Contact us at info@levelup.coffee.
    • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
    • Important: Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
  2. Returning Items by Mail:
    • Once your return is approved, pack the items carefully.
    • Take the package to your nearest post office and pay the necessary shipping fees.

Non-Refundable Items

  • All coffee products: We do not accept returns or refunds for coffee products.

Damages and Issues with Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Contact us immediately if:
    • The item is defective or damaged.
    • You received the wrong item.
      We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care products (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
