The guarantee is limited to one (1) opened bag per coffee variety ordered, and each request is reviewed individually.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the error is attributable to Level Up Coffee.

Level Up Coffee was born from two of my biggest passions : coffee and video games.
At a young age, I discovered gaming through my family’s Atari and Vectrex, before getting my first Nintendo in 1987. Later came PC games like SimCity, Wolfenstein 3D, Doom and Duke Nukem 3D.
Those worlds shaped my imagination, creativity and vision. The energy, the levels, the missions, the progression and the constant drive to move forward deeply influenced the identity behind Level Up Coffee.
But at the core, coffee always played an even bigger role.
Coffee was there through projects, late nights, ideas, training, work, gaming and meaningful conversations. Some of my best memories happened around a coffee.
Because in the end, coffee is more than a drink.
It’s a ritual.
A starting point.
The first move of a day that moves forward.
A moment to connect, create, learn, build and progress.
The project began in 2018 with the idea of building a coffee brand inspired by that mindset. After years of research, testing and countless tastings, Level Up Coffee officially launched in 2021.
