Product images, descriptions, and representations are provided for informational purposes only. Variations may occur due to screen displays, production batches, available inventory, or the artisanal nature of certain products.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise indicated.
Prices do not include shipping fees, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Applicable taxes are calculated in accordance with current laws and may vary depending on the product type and delivery province or territory.

Level Up Coffee shall not be held responsible for damages, losses, or dissatisfaction resulting from, including but not limited to:

• improper brewing methods;
• incorrect grind selection;
• inappropriate use of the product;
• personal taste preferences where the applicable policy does not provide a remedy.
10. Accuracy of Information
Level Up Coffee strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on its website.
However, errors, omissions, or inaccuracies may occur, including regarding:
• pricing;
• product descriptions;
• availability;
• shipping timelines;
• promotions;
• images or visuals.
Level Up Coffee reserves the right to correct any error and to modify or cancel any order affected by such error.
11. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discounts, special offers, and promotional codes are subject to the terms applicable at the time of publication.
