Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Areas

Level Up Coffee currently ships exclusively within Canada and the United States.

We do not ship to other countries at this time.


2. Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are generally prepared within one (1) to three (3) business days following receipt of the order.

Carriers generally do not perform pickups or deliveries on weekends or statutory holidays.

As a result, an order prepared or processed on a Friday, weekend, or holiday may only be transferred to the carrier on the following business day.

Once transferred to the carrier, standard shipping generally takes between five (5) and seven (7) business days depending on the destination and carrier used.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors including:

• weather conditions;
• high shipping volumes;
• carrier-related delays;
• address errors;
• customs inspections;
• events beyond our reasonable control.


3. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided by email once the order has been shipped, where such service is available through the applicable carrier.

Customers may track their shipment according to the carrier’s tracking procedures.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on factors including:

• order weight;
• shipping destination;
• available carrier;
• selected shipping method.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable except in cases where the error is attributable to Level Up Coffee.


5. Free Shipping Within Canada

Free shipping may be offered within Canada for certain eligible orders, including:

• orders of CAD $75 or more before taxes;
• certain eligible first orders containing a minimum of two (2) bags of coffee.

Unless otherwise specified, free shipping is:

• valid only within Canada;
• applicable only to standard shipping zones;
• limited to a maximum shipping coverage of CAD $18.00.

If the shipping address, region, or carrier is not eligible for free shipping, standard shipping charges may apply.

Level Up Coffee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any free shipping offer at any time.


6. United States Orders, Customs Duties, and Import Fees

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, processing fees, tariffs, or other charges imposed by customs authorities, carriers, or other applicable agencies.

Where applicable, these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Level Up Coffee does not control these charges, does not collect them directly, and cannot guarantee their amount.

Due to certain tariff, regulatory, or customs measures applicable in the United States, significant import fees may apply to certain orders. These charges are imposed at import and remain outside the control of Level Up Coffee.

Customers are responsible for verifying applicable import rules, restrictions, duties, and fees before placing an order shipped to the United States.


7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing at the time of purchase:

• a complete and accurate shipping address;
• a valid recipient name;
• current delivery information;
• any information necessary for successful delivery.

Level Up Coffee shall not be held responsible for losses, delays, additional fees, or returned shipments caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or unsafe shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to Level Up Coffee due to an address error, refused delivery, unpaid applicable fees, or failure to claim the package, additional charges may apply.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Level Up Coffee cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or left unattended at the delivery address.

Customers remain responsible for providing a secure delivery location.

Where possible, our team may assist customers with carrier claims or investigations; however, replacement or reimbursement of the order is not guaranteed.


9. Shipping Delays

Shipping timelines may vary depending on the carrier, destination, time of year, weather conditions, customs inspections, or any other event beyond our control.

Level Up Coffee shall not be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


10. Modification or Refusal of Orders

Level Up Coffee reserves the right to:

• refuse an order;
• cancel an order;
• modify shipping fees or conditions;
• refuse delivery to unsupported locations;
• request additional information prior to shipment.

If an order is canceled by Level Up Coffee after payment has been processed, an applicable refund will be issued using the original payment method.
