We currently ship across Canada.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

- Standard shipping: 1 to 7 business days (may vary by region)
- Tracking: Provided by email once your order is shipped
Shipping delays may occur due to:

- High order volume during holidays or sales
- Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- Your delivery address
- The total weight of your order
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Free Shipping
🆓We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $75 CAD (before taxes).
🆓Free shipping on your first order with the purchase of at least 2 bags of coffee.
Conditions:
- Valid only in our standard delivery zones
- Maximum shipping cost covered: $18 CAD
- If your location is outside the eligible zone, standard rates apply
- If shipping is not available for your region, your order may be cancelled.
- International Shipping
🌎 If you order from outside Canada:
- You are responsible for import duties and local taxes
- Delivery time and cost may vary by destination
- We are not responsible for customs delays or additional fees

We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
