1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship across Canada.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Standard shipping: 1 to 7 business days (may vary by region)
  • Tracking: Provided by email once your order is shipped

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High order volume during holidays or sales
  1. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Your delivery address
  • The total weight of your order

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  1. Free Shipping

🆓We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $75 CAD (before taxes).
🆓Free shipping on your first order with the purchase of at least 2 bags of coffee.

Conditions:

  • Valid only in our standard delivery zones
  • Maximum shipping cost covered: $18 CAD
  • If your location is outside the eligible zone, standard rates apply
  • If shipping is not available for your region, your order may be cancelled.
  1. International Shipping

🌎 If you order from outside Canada:

  • You are responsible for import duties and local taxes
  • Delivery time and cost may vary by destination
  • We are not responsible for customs delays or additional fees

We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

Please ensure all shipping details are complete and accurate:

  • Address
  • Postal code
  • Contact info

We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
